• You are the face of Sunrise and enthuse our clientele with your positive attitude, your targeted advice, and the sale of our many Sunrise products.
• You build lasting customer relationships and ensure a first-class atmosphere in the shop.
• You assist customers with repairs and services by acting in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• You keep an overview of stock and inventory and accomplish administrative tasks efficiently.
• You embody and represent the Sunrise values - innovation, customer proximity, and excellence in service.

YOUR SKILLS:

• You have completed training in retail, ideally with experience in telecommunications or multimedia - or you are a motivated career changer with a talent for sales.
• You overflow with enthusiasm for technology, telecommunications, and digital trends.
• Your passion for sales is palpable and your professional attitude makes you a true retail pro.
• You love human contact and know how to quickly identify their needs.
• Thanks to your patience and technical understanding, you become an everyday hero for our customers.
• You have a very good command of German, any other language is an asset.
• You bring a great deal of flexibility, reliability, and open-mindedness for a constantly evolving sector.
