YOUR AREA OF IMPACT • Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team. <br /> YOUR TASKS • Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process • Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor with the support of our Fachangestellte Gesundheit • Recognizing and mastering emergency situations and initiating adequate measures until the doctor arrives • Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility • Motivated accompaniment of the development and learning processes of apprentices and students <br /> YOUR PROFILE <br /> • Completed training as dipl.
