• Expert advice and support of customer inquiries
• Creation of convincing offers for various requests
• Ensuring smooth communication in German and French
• Close cooperation with field service and Key Account Management
• Participation in the optimization of internal processes

Your Profile ##

• Commercial or manual-technical basic training
• Experience in direct customer contact
• Very good German and French skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
• Good basic MS Office knowledge
