Your challenge: ##

• Maintenance and upkeep of the heating, ventilation, as well as cooling and air conditioning systems
• Processing of malfunctions and carrying out repairs
• Support of the building management system and its automation stations
• Commissioning of new systems
• Accompanying and controlling the assignments of external technicians within our production.
• Maintenance of the maintenance program and its inventory management
• Leadership of the directly subordinate employees

Your profile: ##

• Completed training as a ventilation, sanitary, heating, or refrigeration technician or a basic technical training (e.g., electromechanic)
• Independent, committed personality with leadership qualities
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness for on-call duty and standby service
• Handling a modern maintenance program is not a problem for you.
• You keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
• Driver's license Cat. B and own vehicle mandatory
