What you can contribute

• Conduct, primarily in German, approval procedures for electrical installations and hydro-electric installations
• Support the team in the application of the Energy Act, the CO2 Act and the Federal Act on Climate Protection Goals, on innovation and on strengthening energy security
• Evaluate legal issues in these areas and prepare legal documents
• Organize and participate in meetings and coordination sessions with the relevant units (ESTI, cantons, Federal Office for the Environment)
• Represent OFEN in the field of administrative criminal law

What makes you unique

• University degree (master's) in law
• Knowledge of administrative law
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and work related to the political context
• Quick-wittedness, analytical and conceptual skills as well as pragmatism
• Good active knowledge of at least a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
