For our location in Wyssachen BE, we are looking for a Customer Advisor Energy Solutions 80 – 100 % starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Advising private and business customers on photovoltaic, heat pump, and other energy solutions as well as battery storage and e-mobility.
• Acquisition of new customers, building and maintaining a sustainable customer and referral network, as well as developing new business opportunities.
• Carrying out customer visits and needs analyses, creating offers, and presenting tailor-made solution concepts with consistent follow-up until successful contract conclusion.
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces for successful project implementation and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Observation of market and technology trends as well as contributing customer and market feedback for the further development of the range and sales approaches.
• Participation in cross-location sales activities and internal projects.

What you bring with you

• Technical or manual basic training (building technology) with further training at FA/HF level or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the energy, solar, heating, or construction industry is an advantage.
• Technical understanding of energy solutions and building technology.
• Strong sales and closing skills as well as an independent, goal-oriented way of working.
• High customer and service orientation, convincing appearance, and very good communication skills.
• Confident handling of ERP/CRM systems as well as common MS Office applications.
