• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of our customers in the "Basis" private customer segment
• Ensuring simple, standardized consultations regarding numbers, saving, investing and pension planning
• Developing solutions tailored to needs, taking into account the customer's life situation as well as within the framework of the segment-specific / customer-specific product range
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures, particularly in contact campaigns
• Possibility to assist in the training of apprentices in basic consultation

What do you bring with you? ##

• Enjoyment of daily customer contact and working in a team
• Completed banking training or comparable training
• Good communication and social skills
