A digital support and local technologies agent The Fondation Primeroche has as its main mission the reception and support of elderly people presenting psychiatric disorders related to advanced age. Within the Fondation Primeroche, you contribute to the smooth running of the digital environment of our establishments and support collaborators in the daily use of technological tools. As a true local reference person, you ensure the link between field needs and external partners in order to propose pragmatic, reliable and innovative solutions. A digital support and local technologies agent Your missions: Provide local support to users and provide first and second level technical assistance. Participate in the management of the IT park: inventory, orders, installations, configurations and maintenance of equipment. Manage software, licenses, user accounts, access rights and contribute to operational IT security. Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of telephony, alarm, television, video surveillance systems and other connected equipment. Coordinate the interventions of external IT partners and ensure the monitoring of services. Accompany collaborators during changes of hardware or software and provide training on digital tools. Create and update procedures, user guides and awareness materials. Manage the video studio and audiovisual equipment, produce, upload and archive video capsules and institutional media. Participate in the monitoring of the media technician apprentice and interns. Ensure specific mandates entrusted by the Direction.? Your profile: CFC in IT or training deemed equivalent. Confirmed experience in IT support and management of local digital environments. Good knowledge of Windows and MacOS systems, basic networks (TCP/IP), the Microsoft Office suite and collaborative digital tools. Interest in audiovisual technologies, video production and connected solutions. Experience in the coordination of external providers and transversal work.?
