Our mission is to provide our expertise in home care and support to accompany the life projects of the inhabitants of the canton of Neuchâtel. We are firmly committed to making these services accessible to every person domiciled in the canton, regardless of their age, social or economic situation. Our services are provided by a network of nursing micro-teams, operating autonomously and agilely, and distributed within 3 regions: Areuse, Doubs and Seyon.

Your missions

Join us to accompany our clients in their care journey and make a difference every day:

• Evaluate and analyze the needs of clients using the RAI-HC approach
• Develop, in partnership with the client, a personalized care project
• Ensure therapeutic, rehabilitation and palliative nursing care, by performing them or delegating them according to needs
• Accompany the client throughout the care process, as a referent: support, information and therapeutic education
• Coordinate care activities within the multidisciplinary micro-team and with the various actors of the socio-sanitary network
• Ensure administrative follow-up related to care provision
• Actively participate in continuous training and the promotion of good professional practices

Your profile ###

You are passionate about care and the well-being of clients:

• Bachelor in nursing or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Autonomous and proactive, capable of collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Responsible and organized, with a keen sense of priorities and rigor in care follow-up
• Empathic and interpersonal, capable of creating a bond of trust with patients
