You will guarantee high quality, respect for deadlines, and cost-efficiency, and collaborate closely with external planners as well as with the execution of works. Your main missions • Responsibility for the planning, on the client side, of construction elements for electrical substations, buildings, foundations, pipeline blocks, and transition works • Guarantee of quality on the client side for building and civil engineering, including HVAC, during planning as well as within the framework of external planning by a general planner • Development of sketches and preliminary designs for building and civil engineering • Participation in the procurement of planning services • Support for project management and external planning during the authorization, tendering, and execution phases • Guarantee of quality assurance in all project phases and technical support to the works management • Support for the implementation of occupational safety, health protection, and the environment • Promotion of effective and trust-based collaboration across organizational boundaries Your profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent training • At least 5 years of experience in the planning and realization of infrastructure, building, and civil engineering projects (ideally in the field of 50 to 380 kV electrical substations) • Solid knowledge of Swiss ordinances and standards in building and civil engineering as well as SIA methodology • Experience in structuring complex work packages and in advising project partners • Good knowledge of business management • Strong ability to solve problems and make decisions • Ability to clearly explain technical contexts and to lead interdisciplinary working groups • High social competence and ability to lead and develop external partners • Very good knowledge of German (native language or comparable level), fluent French or Italian for negotiations as well as advanced English • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and project management tools Activity rate: 80-100 % Employment type: permanent position (partial teleworking possible) Workplace: canton of Aargau or Lausanne More information on our services: www.kurath.ch / 055 465 65 75
