To strengthen our team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality as Strategic Business Assistant to the CEO. In this central staff function, you will work directly with the CEO. You will support him as well as other members of the executive management with strategic issues, develop sound decision-making bases, coordinate cross-departmental topics, and drive important initiatives forward independently. Your tasks * Sparring partner to the CEO in strategic and operational issues. * Preparation of analyses, business cases, and decision-making bases. * Management and support of cross-departmental projects. * Identification and implementation of optimization and development potentials. * Support of business development, M&A, and process optimization initiatives. * Reporting to management and group leadership. What you bring * Degree in business administration, finance, or economics (Bachelor/Master). * Experience in strategy, corporate development, or project management, ideally in an industrial environment. * Strong analytical and conceptual skills. * Very good German language skills as well as proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint. * Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and implementation strength.
