Your field of action ### • Together with the laboratory management, you share responsibility for the technical, organizational and personnel management of the Clinical Chemistry and Immunology laboratory • You take responsibility for the duty scheduling of around 21 FTE and ensure efficient, customer-oriented and smooth laboratory operations • In the implementation of projects, you bring in your know-how and make a significant contribution to the continuous development of processes, organizational structures and quality standards • As deputy head of BMA HF, you take on leadership tasks and actively support the team in the operational laboratory routine, including reduced participation in service operations Your experience ### • For this function, you have a completed education as a Biomedical Analyst HF or Biomedical Laboratory Diagnostician FH.
