Responsibilities
As a Mason Foreman, your main missions will include:
Supervising and coordinating a team of masons on construction sites.
Organizing and planning work while respecting the given deadlines.
Ensuring the quality of work in accordance with plans and current standards.
Ensuring safety on the construction site and compliance with instructions.
Collaborating with other trades and site managers.
Actively participating in masonry work (formwork, reinforcement, concreting, etc.).
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
A recognized training in the field of masonry or structural engineering.
Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar position.
Excellent mastery of reinforced concrete construction techniques.
Skills in reading plans and site organization.
A team spirit and leadership qualities.
Good physical condition and the ability to work outdoors.
A valid driver's license (category B).
