Dexterity practical work specialist (100%)

In order to reinforce the supervisory staff of our professional sector “Dextérité” in Biel/Bienne, the Centre social protestant Berne Jura is looking to hire a Dexterity practical work specialist (100%) ## Main tasks: • Instruct, supervise and support (in French and German) a team of people participating in a professional or social reintegration program for social assistance beneficiaries in the performance of the tasks entrusted to them in a personalized manner, taking into account their specific resources and skills • Plan and organize the work of these people in accordance with the objectives aimed for each of them • Offer them individual work support adapted to each situation • Prepare these people for the exercise of a first-market job in the watchmaking industry within their reach, taking into account their skills, but also their development potential Requirements: • CFC d'horloger.8ère or training deemed equivalent • A few years of professional experience in the watchmaking industry or in a similar field • Ability and interest in transmitting professional skills to people in professional or social reintegration • Listening skills, availability and patience • Good knowledge of standard IT tools • Good command of French and German Place of work: • Biel/Bienne, Chemin du Long-Champ 135 Start date: • 1st September 2026 or to be agreed Interested?
