As of January 2027, we are looking for you as HR Manager School (80-100%) What you drive You are a member of the school management team and the contact person for the school president, the general school director, the school management, and the management of the childcare services in all personnel matters. You support the experienced HR team professionally, as a role model and sparring partner, and thus ensure professional personnel management: • Personnel planning, recruitment and onboarding — from the first job advertisement to a successful start • Case Management: professionally supporting teachers and employees in challenging situations • Conducting conflict talks clearly, fairly and in a solution-oriented manner • Close cooperation with the Head of Personnel Services Administration; together shaping a modern personnel policy for the entire city • (Further) developing concepts and regulations and ensuring that they are also lived Developing benefits that truly resonate What you bring With your completed HR specialist training and sound knowledge of personnel management, labor law and case management, you are excellently positioned for this position.
