Head of Central Switzerland Region and Specialist Responsibility for School-Based Day Structures 80–90% The Verband Kinderbetreuung Schweiz (kibesuisse) is the industry association for family-supplementary education and care. We develop foundations and recommendations for the industry and advise our members and authorities. Head of Central Switzerland Region and Specialist Responsibility for School-Based Day Structures 80–90% (The positions can be filled by one or two people; the degree of employment is between at least 40% and 90%.) In these roles, you will actively participate in the circles "Regions" and "Pedagogy, Business Administration and Quality" of the association and are responsible for the following tasks: Your tasks Head of Central Switzerland Region (Regions circle) Support and advice to members in region-specific matters Representation of member concerns in the Central Switzerland region including the associated political lobbying Monitoring of legal foundations and drafting corresponding statements Development and coordination of regional projects Cooperation with cantonal and municipal authorities as well as specialist offices Representation of kibesuisse in working and specialist commissions as well as at events Organization and implementation of regional specialist exchange meetings Responsibility for service agreements and contracts, including controlling/reporting Participation in association-internal, cross-regional topics and projects Specialist Responsibility for School-Based Day Structures (Pedagogy, Business Administration and Quality circle) Co-development and implementation of the multi-year measures planning Co-development of a broadly supported association stance on industry-relevant topics Development of quality standards, publications and working foundations Specialist support for members, provision of demand-oriented offers Implementation of a competence center and network for school-based care Management of internal working groups as well as participation in external working groups Participation in regional specialist exchange events You bring with you a tertiary education, preferably in politics or social sciences, pedagogy, social work, association management or a comparable qualification, industry and professional experience as well as a network in the professional environment of school-based day structures, knowledge of the education and care system, good entrepreneurial, conceptual and strategic skills, proven skills in networking, experience in agile, flat structures and motivation to actively contribute in a holacratic organizational form, experience in cooperation with heterogeneous stakeholders as well as negotiation skills and high presentation competence, a very good self-organization. It is an advantage to have very good knowledge of the state political structures in Switzerland and the administrative organization in the cantons of Central Switzerland, your network and your regional anchoring in the industry and/or in the political environment of Central Switzerland, your pedagogical specialist knowledge, your experience in dealing with media work, very good German skills in speaking and writing, knowledge of French is an advantage.
