The regional social service Gottstatt serves the municipalities of Orpund, Meinisberg, Safnern and Scheuren. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Social Work Professional FH/HFS 60 - 80 % with a focus on social assistance and adult protection, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • Investigation, orientation and mediation of economic social assistance or other support services • Processing of investigation mandates from the KESB and management of mandates in adult and child protection • Preventive counseling for people seeking help and their contact persons • Administrative activities within the framework of case management in close cooperation with our admin team • Interdisciplinary cooperation with various professionals, institutions and authorities Your profile • Completed training as a social worker (FH/HFS) • We look forward to initial professional experience in a social service • Flair for challenging situations and legal questions • Curious, resilient, team-oriented and humorous personality • Efficient, reliable and independent way of working, as well as networked thinking; experience with the case management system Tutoris is an advantage • French language skills are an advantage (B1/B2) Our offer • A varied and responsible activity with plenty of scope for design in a versatile and exciting working environment. • A committed and well-mixed team that places great value on appreciative, collegial cooperation. • A balanced caseload according to the KOKES guidelines. • Careful and structured induction by experienced, long-term employees.
