What you achieve ## • You actively support the field service throughout the entire sales process and thus contribute to our joint success. • As a central point of contact, you answer technical and technical questions in the areas of Non-Life Private Customers, Non-Life Corporate Customers, Individual Life, Accident, Health and BVG. • You care for our private and corporate customers by phone, in writing and in person with great competence and commitment. • With a sense of individual needs, you develop customized concepts and solutions. • Together with the team, you actively shape market development and sales promotion. • You accompany our apprentices in their daily work and specifically promote their technical and personal development. What you bring ## • Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience with an all-branch insurer. • You already have the VBV certificate (all-branch) or are willing to obtain it. • Enjoy direct customer contact and a pronounced service orientation. • Sales-oriented thinking and enthusiasm for developing individual customer solutions. • Efficient, solution-oriented collaboration with the field service and the relevant specialist departments.
