Main responsibilities: * Actively participate in the development and structuring of the activity in Suisse romande, by supervising a small team of consultants and working in close collaboration with your direct manager to build a high-performing organization. * Take part in the Management team and contribute to the definition as well as the achievement of strategic and operational objectives. * Assume a role as a sparring partner to the Management, challenging ideas and providing expertise, vision, and concrete proposals. * Unify employees, establish a positive collective dynamic, and create the conditions allowing everyone to contribute fully to the team's success. * Organize and coordinate resources according to priorities, available skills, and the needs of different client projects. * Maintain strong proximity to the field by taking a direct part in the management and monitoring of projects, in collaboration with Project Managers. * Accompany clients in the analysis of their challenges, the definition of their needs, and the evolution of their processes, then translate them into relevant solutions around Abacus applications. * Develop a lasting relationship of trust with clients and contribute directly to the quality and success of the projects carried out. * Integrate fully into the organization, develop collaborations with the different teams, and promote the sharing of skills and expertise. Your profile: * You have higher education in a technical, commercial, or financial field and possess confirmed experience in project and process management. * You master at least a 2nd foreign language, such as German or English. * Thanks to your background, you have acquired solid experience in the field of ERP, ideally with an integrator, and know Abacus or other solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics, ProConcept, Sage, or SAP. * You master the main financial and accounting processes and are well acquainted with the specificities of the Swiss environment. * With confirmed experience in managing and developing teams, you possess natural leadership and know how to unify, empower, and grow your employees. * You know how to give clear direction, create a collective dynamic, and support your team in achieving its objectives. * Equipped with an excellent capacity for analysis, you understand business processes in their entirety and know how to grasp complex and cross-functional issues. * You are comfortable in client relations and appreciate exchanges and negotiations with interlocutors of different levels. * Dynamic, communicative, and unifying, you know how to create a relationship of trust and mobilize people around common goals. * Possessing a true entrepreneurial spirit, you wish to contribute actively to the development of the activity and the construction of its organization. * You are available to work mainly in Lausanne and to travel to clients throughout Suisse Romande.
