Simeko AG, based in Wollerau, is one of the leading suppliers of sintered parts, sintered filters and sintered plain bearings. The range also includes MIM components, carbon brushes, commutators and assemblies. As an independent trading and consulting company, Simeko connects customer requirements with suitable production partners domestically and abroad and develops solutions for various industrial sectors.

For further development, we are looking for a technically savvy, sales-oriented and entrepreneurially minded personality who manages customers, suppliers and projects independently and enjoys working operationally. You will receive support from sales administration, senior management and the CFO.

Head of Sales, Technical Procurement & Quality Management with Perspective for Executive Management

Your Tasks

• Support and expansion of existing customers as well as active acquisition of new customers and projects
• Technical and commercial consulting, development of customer-specific solutions as well as responsibility for the product portfolio
• Technical procurement, price and condition negotiations as well as cooperation with international production partners
• Quality and complaint management as well as ensuring product-related compliance
• Close cooperation with sales administration, senior management and CFO as well as gradual assumption of additional entrepreneurial tasks

Your Profile

• Technical basic training with business administration further education or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in technical sales, technical procurement or quality management in an industrial environment
• Strong technical understanding; knowledge of powder metallurgy, sintering technology or related technologies is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial, down-to-earth and independent personality with customer orientation and negotiation skills
• Very good German, business fluent English as well as willingness for occasional customer and supplier trips domestically and abroad

You will take on a versatile key position with great scope for design and direct influence on the development of Simeko AG. After successful induction, there is the perspective to gradually take on additional entrepreneurial responsibility and later the management.
