We are looking for our waste disposal company in La Chaux-de-Fonds for a: Production Manager 100% (m/f/d) Your missions: * Management of the production department, including personnel management * Logistic organization of the entry and exit of goods. * Management of raw material orders and spare parts for production. * Guaranteeing the smooth running of operations and quality supervision. * Direction of operating and maintenance work of the installations. * Optimization of production processes and methods. * Implementation and monitoring of the application of the MSST ordinance. * Development and communication of measures aimed at improving site safety. * Preparation and presentation of projects (modifications or new installations). * Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal production standards. You possess: * Training in chemistry or significant experience in the field of special waste treatment. * In-depth knowledge of environmental and safety standards. * Experience in team management and project management. * Structured and solution-oriented approach, with a strong sense of responsibility. * Flexibility, commitment and availability to ensure on-call service in a dynamic environment.
