Your area of responsibility

• Applicant management; publishing job advertisements, conducting application correspondence
• Creating employment references
• Supporting HR advisory in various administrative tasks

Your competencies

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) with further training in human resources, ideally as a specialist
• Sound knowledge of HR administration
• Experience with the HR tools Umantis, Swiss+ is an advantage
• You work accurately, in a structured manner, and think proactively
