For our location in Niederurnen, we are looking for a Sachbearbeiter Transportdisposition / Export 100% (m/w/d) ## immediately in a permanent position or temporarily for 6 months. Tasks ## • Ensuring timely national and international transport disposition by road, rail, sea, and air • Creating all transport and export formalities • Timely initialization of goods provision (pre-shipment) • Rail wagon management including ordering, communication, coordination with SBB-Cargo, and corresponding freight invoice control • Representation in the area of truck disposition national («Auto delivered») • Completion of all work in the area of registration and goods dispatch bookings: Ensuring timely and correct goods dispatch booking and forwarding to drivers and private individuals who register at the reception desk • Management and ordering of office supplies Requirements ## • Completed commercial basic training • Several years of experience in a comparable function • Good user knowledge of MS-Office and ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O) • Fluent German and English skills in word and writing, any additional language is an advantage • Resilient, flexible, team-oriented, and communicatively strong personality We offer ## You can expect a responsible and exciting field of activity in a sustainably growing company.
