Senior ICT Systems Engineer 80-100% (m/w/d)

Your field of activity

• Operation, maintenance and further development of the group-wide IT infrastructure (On-Prem Server, network, clients, periphery as well as Azure Cloud Services)
• Technical responsibility in analysis and sustainable rectification of complex malfunctions
• Ensuring system availability, performance and IT security including occasional on-call service
• Identification of vulnerabilities as well as implementation of preventive measures to avoid future malfunctions
• Collaboration in IT projects as well as independent management of sub-projects
• Evaluation and introduction of new technologies and solutions as well as automation and standardization of operational processes
• Creation and maintenance of system documentation
• Coordination and technical alignment with internal specialist departments, suppliers and external service providers

Your qualities

Professional qualities:

• Completed training in the field of computer science (EFZ, HF, FH) or comparable
• Driving license category B required
• Several years of professional experience in the construction and operation of IT infrastructures
• Sound knowledge in the Windows environment (On-Prem Server and clients as well as Azure Cloud with EntraID and Intune)
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware) desired
• Experience with Linux (e.g., Debian) an advantage
• Experience in the network environment (firewall, SD-WAN, switching and WLAN) an advantage. For example Fortinet, Cisco, HP Aruba or Zyxel Nebula.
• Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Microsoft Associate/Expert, CCNA/CCNP, etc.) an advantage
