Construction Manager – Subingen (SO)
With us, you will independently manage small & medium-sized construction sites, coordinate the various workflows for prestressing with the construction site, and ensure that deadlines, quality, and safety are met.

This is what you can achieve.

• As a foreman or supervisor, you independently execute and manage small & medium-sized construction sites.
• Goal-oriented and project-related preparation as well as processing of large-scale construction sites for prestressing
• Compliance with the deadline and quality specifications of the construction projects
• You ensure the technical leadership of work sites and guarantee optimal processing on site.
• Economic deployment planning of personnel, equipment, and material
• Implementation of measures for occupational safety and health protection
• Independent and responsible management of the construction site and the construction site personnel
• At several work sites, you direct the work and take over the technical leadership of work leaders and employees.
• You provide support in work preparation and reporting.
• Co-shaping occupational safety and implementing SUVA guidelines and occupational safety regulations

This is what you bring with you.

• For this role, you have a professional apprenticeship in the construction industry (e.g., concrete builder or ) and experience in the field of structural engineering and civil engineering.
• Independent, committed, and reliable way of working
• Ideally, you have already completed the foreman advanced training (POS or SBV) or the training as a supervisor SBV (VOS).
• A hands-on mentality and high flexibility as well as ability to learn round off your profile
• As a leader, you are characterized by your good communication skills and your ability to work in a team.
• You are able to act flexibly and quickly as well as to perform excellently under pressure
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• You possess a category B driver's license, a valid category E driver's license (trailer) is an advantage.
• A requirement is a good level of English, as English is the working language used at VSL.
