Employee Security/Safety Center, 100% The Office for Justice Execution (AJUV) is responsible for the administrative and practical execution of penalties and measures. The Solothurn Justice Execution Institution (JVA) operates a closed, stationary execution of penalties and measures for adult men. For the Solothurn Justice Execution Institution, we are looking for an Employee Security/Safety Center, 100% immediately or by agreement at the Deitingen location. Your responsibility You are responsible for alarm management and operating all security-related systems in the safety center. Controlling daily structures and inmate transfers is also part of your area of responsibility, as are door and gate openings within the JVA and access and admission control for external persons. You write reports and document events. Taking into account the legal basis as well as execution and security-relevant guidelines and rules, you ensure an orderly and coordinated operational process. You ensure the work in the 7x24 hour operation (early, late, night shifts as well as weekends and holidays). Your profile You have a completed vocational training EFZ and further education as a specialist in justice execution, or you are willing to complete it. As a balanced, flexible, and conflict-capable person, you convince with high social competence and physical and mental resilience. You enjoy teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration. You see dealing with people from different cultures who are in difficult life situations as a positive challenge. You have good written and spoken expression as well as good IT user skills.
