The position is attached to the Direction de cabinet et des affaires extérieures, a cross-functional directorate integrated into the Direction générale. In coherence with the strategic axes of the HUG, the Direction de cabinet et des affaires extérieures contributes to strengthening the influence and visibility of the HUG. Its actions aim to coordinate institutional partnerships at the cantonal, regional, national and international levels, strengthen the position of the HUG within international Geneva, contribute to the HUG philanthropic program, support the deployment of humanitarian activities, coordinate relations with churches, religious communities and chaplaincies, and lead the institutional sustainability approach. The Social and Environmental Responsibility (RSE) Department's mission is to coordinate the implementation of the 2030 Sustainability Strategy for the entire institution, in close collaboration with all departments and directorates of the hospital. Project Manager \\- Social and Environmental Responsibility (RSE) Department \\- 80% As an RSE project manager, you actively contribute to the development and implementation of the HUG sustainability strategy, and more specifically its environmental component. You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing and documenting the sustainability performance of the HUG, establishing the institution's carbon footprint, and monitoring and coordinating the sustainability action plan. In close collaboration with the various services, directorates and departments of the institution, you lead projects related to the implementation of the sustainability strategy as well as sustainability awareness projects and events. You provide expert support to the various services, directorates and departments in the fields of sustainable development and more particularly environmental and climate protection. You advise on best practices and implement initiatives to promote sustainability within the HUG. Qualifications You hold a university degree at Master's level in the field of environment, sustainable development or training deemed equivalent, with at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar function, ideally in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders. Certifications in project management (HERMES ; IPMA, Prince2 or PMI), change management and carbon footprint are preferred. You are a pragmatic person, having excellent interpersonal skills and a good listening ability. Your ability to influence without a direct hierarchical link allows you to move with ease in multidisciplinary contexts and to work cross-functionally. You have an excellent ability to synthesize and very good writing and oral presentation skills. You have an excellent command of spoken and written French as well as a very good level of written and spoken English; mastery of German is an asset.
