Your main tasks ###

• Establishment and maintenance of relationships as well as counseling of young people
• Responsibility for the Jugendtreff and the Jugendbeiz Kubus
• Planning and design of mobile youth work
• Planning, organization, and implementation of events and projects in the areas of information, leisure, prevention, and public relations
• Networking and cooperation with various specialist agencies
• Deputy of the management
• Support and further development of social media channels
• Accompanying and supporting employees in training
• Implementation of offers in the area of gender work

Your profile ###

• Completed studies in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (FH/HF)
• Experience in open youth work is an advantage
• Ability and motivation in interacting with young people and parents from different population groups and cultures
• Confident appearance and reflective personality
• Minimum age of 25 years is an advantage
• Independent and reliable way of working as well as networked thinking
• Good communication skills
• Readiness for evening and weekend shifts
• Driver's license Kat. B
