YOUR TASKS In this versatile role, you are responsible for the operation, further development, and optimization of our document management and automation solutions. In doing so, you work closely with internal teams and make an important contribution to the digitalization of our customers' business processes. Installation, configuration, maintenance, and further development of our document management and automation solutions Ensuring stable and secure application operation for customers in the banking, insurance, and public administration sectors Responsibility for ISAE-relevant systems as well as ensuring compliance with compliance, security, and quality standards Participation in internal and external audits as well as implementation of corresponding requirements Analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of applications in close cooperation with the development teams Identification of optimization potential in existing systems, services, and operating processes Participation in IT projects as well as support in the introduction of new solutions and technologies Further development and automation of services and operating processes Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operating documentation in German and English Taking on tasks in application management as well as continuous optimization of operating processes YOUR PROFILE Completed training or further education in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH or comparable) Several years of professional experience in application engineering, system engineering, or a comparable function Experience in the planning, implementation, and operation of IT systems and applications Good knowledge of Windows server environments as well as databases; Linux knowledge is an advantage Analytical and structured way of working as well as enjoyment in solving technical problems High service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills Interest in modern IT technologies and willingness for continuous professional development Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams Very good German as well as good English skills in spoken and written form A flawless criminal record and debt collection register extract is required.
