Technical and disciplinary leadership of the production team as well as deployment and resource planning Ensuring trouble-free, efficient, and safe operation of the processing plant Responsibility for achieving production goals and high plant availability Monitoring and optimization of production processes Ensuring and further developing quality standards as well as conducting quality controls Recording, evaluating, and reporting relevant operating and production data Planning and coordination of maintenance and servicing work in cooperation with the workshop Operation and monitoring of the processing plant if required Responsibility for the management of the input and output warehouse Promotion of a safe way of working as well as compliance with requirements in the areas of quality, safety, and environment Identification and implementation of improvement measures for the continuous optimization of workflows and processes This is what you bring...
