• Service times: Monday to Friday

Siloah Langzeit offers comprehensive care to elderly people in need of care, people with disabilities, and persons with special needs at the locations Gümligen, Kühlewil and Köniz. The offering includes geriatric care in elderly residential groups – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addiction diseases or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups. ### Your area of responsibility

• You accompany and support our residents individually in organizing everyday life and promote their independence
• You design varied daily and weekly structures as well as activating leisure activities
• You promote the physical, social and personal skills of our residents and actively involve them in everyday activities
• You participate in primary nursing and accompany the admission and discharge of residents
• You work closely with the interdisciplinary team and actively contribute to reports and working groups

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ or an equivalent, recognized training
• You enjoy accompanying and caring for people and approach them with empathy, appreciation and respect
• You have an interest in the topic of dementia diseases
• You are a resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with good communication skills
• You bring the willingness to work in day service (Monday - Friday, without late and night service)

The Siloah-Verbund as an employer
