To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a committed personality to support us in Switzerland and in the further development of our international markets, effective immediately or by agreement. Your tasks – diverse and close to the market: You plan, coordinate, and implement classic marketing and communication measures for Switzerland and international markets. You organize trade fairs, customer events, and sales-supporting activities. You coordinate and maintain printed materials, publications, mailings, website, newsletter, and online measures such as Google Ads. You support sales and product management in market launches, product information, references, presentations, and sales documents. You work closely with external partners such as agencies, printers, trade fair constructors, photographers, or other service providers. You ensure that the appearance of Dietrich in all markets remains uniform, stylish, technically correct, and down-to-earth. You keep an eye on deadlines, costs, quality, and impact of measures. Your profile – this is what you bring: Several years of experience in marketing, ideally in an SME and in a B2B, industrial, construction, or technical environment. Routine in the implementation and adaptation of digital and printed communication media Good sense of design, visual language, and brand impact An independent, structured, and reliable way of working – you recognize what needs to be done and drive topics forward independently. Stylish German in word and writing; Austrian and/or English are an advantage. Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CMS, newsletter tools, Canva, Adobe, or simple layout and image editing is a plus. Pleasure in a practical SME environment, in technical products, and in cooperation with sales, product management, and external partners.
