Do you want to help shape the digital transformation of the Kanton Luzern and lead strategically significant change projects from conception to implementation? A versatile program management function awaits you, in which you will decisively help shape the digital administration of tomorrow. With the program "Weiterentwicklung Digital Business Models", you will realign the organization and control of IT and digital transformation in the cantonal administration.

Your tasks

• You design and control strategically significant programs and projects of digital transformation and, in particular, drive the program "Weiterentwicklung Digital Business Model" forward together with the stakeholders.
• You translate strategic goals into concrete steps and priorities. In doing so, you keep progress, resources, risks and dependencies in view and manage the program proactively.
• You create orientation and binding guidelines for the participating projects, coordinate cross-cutting issues and ensure coordinated implementation.
• You conduct demanding negotiations, bring together different interests from specialist departments, organization and IT and you develop viable solutions across organizational boundaries.
• For relevant committees, you prepare sound decision-making bases and actively participate in shaping the communication as well as the change processes associated with the program.

Your profile

• You have a university degree with relevant further training and bring several years of experience in leading demanding transformation and change projects.
• You bring many years of practical experience at a high professional level as well as proven experience in leading complex programs and have led demanding changes from conception to implementation.
• A strong understanding of the interaction between organization, processes, technology and change characterizes you. You quickly grasp complex strategic issues and transfer them into implementable solutions.
• You move confidently at different leadership and decision-making levels, bring different interests together and convince with strong communication, moderation and negotiation skills.
• You combine a desire to shape, assertiveness and a good sense for people and organizations with a networked and solution-oriented way of thinking. Experience in large organizations or public administration is an advantage.
