Your daily tasks with us • Technical leadership and support of the assembly teams on the construction sites • Control of the correct and safe execution of the scaffolding assembly • Identifying and documenting defects as well as initiating corrections • Introduction, instruction, and further training of employees • Coordination and exchange with construction management, yard management, and chief assemblers • Ensuring an efficient, on-schedule, and safe construction process • Documentation of relevant processes and passing them on to construction management or department management • Ensuring and implementing SUVA regulations in the company and on the construction sites What you have in your toolbox • Completed vocational training in the construction industry • Several years of professional experience in construction management of facade projects • Independent, solution-oriented, and organized way of working with high initiative and flexibility • Confident appearance, strong social competence and leadership qualities as well as enjoyment of customer contact • High reliability, sense of responsibility, and strong safety mindset • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications • Valid driver's license category B What we have in stock for you • Highly attractive projects • Teamwork in a cheerful and experienced group • Interesting, varied position with great independence • High-quality work clothing and equipment • Solid remuneration and social benefits • The flexibility of a family business with the security of a corporation • Internal further training and support for further education • Employee events Apply immediately.
