Your mission For our client, a well-established bank in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a Senior Customer Advisor to strengthen their team and support the development of their customer base. - Manage and develop a portfolio of private clients - Advise your clients in a personalized manner in the areas of wealth management and/or credit. - Identify needs, propose adapted solutions and ensure quality follow-up. - Actively participate in the commercial development of the agency. - Depending on your profile, bring your managerial skills by accompanying and supporting the team. Your profile - Confirmed experience in banking consulting in Switzerland. - Solid knowledge in wealth management and/or credit. - Excellent relational ease, customer service sense and initiative spirit. - Versatility and ability to manage several files in parallel. - Managerial skills are an asset.
