Missions #####

• Lead the installation security and metering division and guarantee the performance, reliability, and compliance of activities
• Define and implement the division's strategy in coherence with the objectives of the Networks department and the SIL
• Drive the deployment of smart meters to replace traditional meters
• Guarantee energy metering as well as the quality and transmission of remote reading data
• Ensure the operation and maintenance of the technical remote reading and communication devices for smart meters
• Assume responsibility for the periodic monitoring of the compliance of technical installations at property owners
• Supervise teams and section managers, develop skills, and ensure unifying management
• Develop and monitor the budget, analyze performance indicators, and optimize the division's processes
• Drive strategic and cross-functional projects, mastering risks, deadlines, costs, and resources
• Represent the division to internal partners, authorities, professional associations, and industry actors

Profile #####

• Master's in engineering (HES/EPF, UNI or equivalent degree), ideally in electrical engineering or a technical field
• Additional training in management and/or project management (CAS or equivalent), desired
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction, operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of energy networks or technical installations
• Proven experience in a position of responsibility with team management
• Solid experience in conducting technical and cross-functional projects
• Recognized expertise as a technical executive in the field of energy networks
• Leadership, strategic vision, ability to unite multidisciplinary teams, and a sense of public service
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (SAP and business software), an asset
• Knowledge of German and English, a plus
