As Lead Architect and Architecture Team Lead, you will lead a team of 8 architects and take over the central control of CONCORDIA's IT architecture: You ensure that our IT landscape develops coherently, in a future-oriented manner, and is strategy-driven, you are the connecting element between business, IT strategy, and implementation, and you ensure that architecture, technology, and product development work together optimally.

What awaits you ###

• Overall responsibility and central controlling instance for the entire IT architecture (Enterprise, Security, Solution Architecture).
• Continuous further development of the IT architecture and alignment with future requirements.
• Definition, expansion, and maintenance of the target architecture including roadmaps.
• Ensuring a consistent architecture across all product groups.
• Moderation of architecture decisions, establishment of the corresponding decision processes, and leadership of the architecture committees.
• Definition of architecture principles, specifications, technology standards, and policies.
• Evaluation of technological developments in the market and the industry.
• Building and maintaining a strong partner network.
• Translation of business and IT strategy into concrete architectural target images, fields of action, and measures.
• Creating transparency regarding the architecture and its further development throughout the entire organization.
• Responsibility for the application and interface inventory as the central basis for the management of the IT landscape.

What you bring with you ###

• Completed studies (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering) or equivalent training with many years of professional experience.
• Several years of experience in a leading architecture role, ideally in a complex, product-oriented IT landscape.
• Sound understanding of modern architecture approaches (Cloud, Data, Platforms, AI) as well as broad experience in Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture, and Solution Architecture.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate IT strategy into implementable architectural solutions.
• Distinct communication and moderation skills; assertiveness paired with team orientation.
• Practice in the creation of architecture roadmaps, standards, and policies.
• Experience in the evaluation and introduction of new technologies.
• An agile way of working and thinking.

• Very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage.
