Your future begins here # In our Platform & Application Operation team, you will take responsibility for the strategic direction and further development of our SAP Basis Services. You will bridge the gap between technical depth and strategic product management, transforming complex platform capabilities into marketable, secure Managed Services for our B2B customers. This role is ideal for an experienced Product Manager with a solid technical background in SAP Basis and the Managed Services environment - someone who designs product vision and roadmap just as confidently as they translate customer requirements into technical solutions. • You are responsible for the strategy, positioning, and further development of our Managed Services in the SAP Basis area throughout the entire product lifecycle - from vision to operation. • You define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and performance features, and manage the prioritization of strategic initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and security requirements. • You support Sales and Solution Architecture during tenders, assess portfolio fit, and ensure the technical feasibility of complex customer requirements. • You support sales with your technical expertise directly in customer meetings and accompany pre-sales phases for demanding projects. • In close cooperation with DevOps teams, architecture, Product Owners, and other stakeholders, you translate high-level market needs into concrete technical capabilities and user stories. • You monitor market, technology, and customer developments in the SAP environment and derive product initiatives and new features from them. • You bear responsibility for the product budget, pricing, profitability, and portfolio integration, and manage product success based on clearly defined KPIs. • You promote innovation, automation, and operational excellence, thereby making a decisive contribution to the strategy of Swisscom. Your Skills • You bring experience in Product Management - ideally for SAP Basis or Managed Services products. • You have a solid technical understanding of SAP Basis and Managed Service operating models - especially in the environment of SAP HANA, S/4HANA, SAP RISE, as well as hybrid and cloud-based SAP landscapes. • You know the central requirements for a secure, stable, and efficient SAP operation and can translate topics such as Lifecycle Management, availability, performance, automation, monitoring, as well as backup and recovery into marketable services. • You think strategically, act independently, and make data-based decisions even in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. • You enjoy innovation, customer proximity, and close collaboration with technical and business-side stakeholders. • You appear confidently and communicate convincingly - both in technical and business contexts.
