Head of Human Resources The Kaltband AG is a successful family business with over 100 employees. We develop and produce high-quality cold-rolled and hardened strip steels for demanding customers and applications worldwide. Due to retirement, we are looking for a successor as Head of Human Resources 60–80 % In this versatile function, you are responsible for the human resources department of Kaltband AG and are a competent contact person for employees and managers in all HR matters. You ensure the entire personnel administration from A–Z as well as the payroll accounting and accompany the entire employee lifecycle. In close cooperation with the management, you further develop HR processes and regulations and actively contribute to personnel-relevant issues. As an HR generalist, you have further training as an HR-Fachfrau/-fachmann with eidg. Fachausweis or a comparable qualification and bring several years of professional experience in a versatile HR function. You know labor law and personnel administration from A–Z and are also proficient in payroll accounting. You move confidently with HR software, time tracking systems and the common MS Office applications. You work independently, pragmatically and service-oriented, think entrepreneurially and value direct exchange with employees and managers. As an open and trustworthy personality, you contribute to an uncomplicated and collegial cooperation.
