You possess strong interpersonal and social skills with residents Sense of responsibility and solution orientation You intervene at the patients' homes to provide personalized nursing care, taking into account their physical, psychological, socio-cultural characteristics as well as their family and social environment. You ensure care that respects the autonomy and choices of patients, within a caring, reassuring and soothing framework.
