We are looking for a Head of Finance (m/f/d) as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. As Head of Finance, you bear overall responsibility for Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Compliance, and the financial governance of EHL Hotelfachschule Passugg. As a member of the Executive Board, you are a strategic business partner to the Directorate and work closely with the Board of Directors as well as EHL Group Finance. You ensure forward-looking financial control and accompany important investment and campus development projects. Your main tasks: * Overall responsibility for Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Compliance, and financial governance * Control of budget, forecasts, and multi-year planning including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, OPEX, and CAPEX * Analysis of financial performance as well as management and board reporting * Responsibility for financial statements, auditing, as well as tax and VAT-relevant topics * Liquidity planning, treasury, banking relationships, and financial responsibility for public subsidies * Financial support for investments, business cases, campus development projects, and strategic initiatives * Leadership of the finance team as well as further development of Microsoft D365, reporting, automation, and financial processes Your profile: * At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in the finance sector, including several years in a leading finance function * University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification * Broad experience in Accounting, Controlling, Planning, Treasury, and Governance * Very good knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and investment appraisal * Very good Excel skills and sound ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI are an advantage * Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage * Strategic and hands-on oriented way of working, leadership competence, business partner mentality, and clear communication In addition to an exciting activity at our school with international students, we offer our EHL Family members interesting benefits, career, and development opportunities.
