Manager Consulting, Training & Transformation (80–100%)

Your Role

• You develop business where trust is created. Within an ongoing mandate, you recognize further needs, make proactive suggestions, and expand client relationships into long-term partnerships.
• You lead large and complex projects in transformation, leadership, and organizational development, both in terms of content, economy, and client relationships.
• You are a sparring partner for executive boards and management teams and convince through quality, experience, and clarity.
• You work both in a team and independently at the client's site and enter new mandates quickly and confidently.
• You quickly translate client concerns into convincing solutions, from transformation programs to leadership training, and are responsible for offers and calculations.
• You actively shape the further development of CTT: through internal initiatives, through joint goal setting with OKR, and through collaboration across the Business Lines.

What Distinguishes You

• University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a comparable field of study
• At least 7-10 years of experience in consulting, organizational development, change management, or leadership development, including several years of responsibility for large projects or programs
• Seniority, sovereignty, and high quality standards when dealing with executive boards and boards of directors
• Entrepreneurial drive, high drive, and enjoyment in developing client relationships and winning new mandates. Sales experience is a plus; what is decisive is your intuition for client needs and your initiative.
• Team spirit with individual responsibility and broad versatility across topics, clients, and formats
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• High willingness to travel within Switzerland and flexibility
