WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Manufacturing of fresh butter, industrial butter and butter oil
Pasteurization of creams and preparation of cultures according to established protocols
Respecting instructions and the production plan so that everything is carried out on time
Thoroughly performing cleaning of installations and the work environment according to protocols to maintain high hygiene standards
Collaborating effectively and dynamically within the team and demonstrating a certain flexibility in schedules
Being proactive and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes
WHAT YOU BRING:
CFC in milk technology or equivalent training in the dairy field
Confirmed experience in cheesemaking, dairying or the agri-food industry
Practical and theoretical knowledge of cheese manufacturing with skills in the use of automated installations. Good command of French at a level allowing fluid communication
Adopting exemplary rigor regarding hygiene – cleanliness is an absolute priority
Demonstrating flexibility to work in teams according to defined schedules, while demonstrating a sense of responsibility, team spirit and good stress management
