NURSE (M/F) IN CMS YOUR PROFILE • HES diploma in nursing or a title deemed equivalent by the Swiss Red Cross • Experience in home care, an asset • Mobile (with vehicle), an asset Required skills: • Analytical and anticipatory skills • Communication skills • Organizational skills • Rigor in the performance of tasks • Interpersonal and technical skills • Autonomy, adaptability and flexibility • Essential mastery of standard office and IT tools • Knowledge of the Medlink program, an asset YOUR MISSIONS • Provide preventive, curative and palliative care at the patient's home • Support and assist the patient in their activities of daily living • Accompany the patient in crisis situations and the end-of-life period • Perform prevention measures, diagnostics and therapeutic measures • Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork
