What you do You process benefit cases for invalidity and death in occupational pension schemes (BVG) correctly and promptly and are responsible for the payout. You check and evaluate legal and medical aspects as well as the technical implementation for every benefit case. You work closely with other social insurances, clarifying coordination issues. You calculate benefits based on regulatory and legal provisions. You draft and process demanding correspondence with customers, pension institutions, authorities, brokers, and lawyers - both in writing and orally. You actively help shape and improve processes and contribute your own ideas for further development. What you bring Several years of professional experience in the field of BVG, preferably in benefit processing. A completed commercial apprenticeship, gymnasiale Maturität, a social insurance or occupational pension specialist certificate, or a higher technical college. Confident handling of various IT applications and openness to digital tools. Proficient German in speaking and writing; any other national language is a plus. Personal responsibility, efficiency, and enjoyment of cooperation in a team.
