As part of the realignment of the HR organization with the two business units "Hospitality" as well as "Real Estate \& Corporate", we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurially minded personality as Senior HR Business Partner Real Estate \& Corporate – with development perspectives (80 - 100 %) In this newly created key function, you will take responsibility for the HR area of the Business Unit "Real Estate \& Corporate" (around 100 HC). You will act as a sparring partner for executives as well as management and actively participate in shaping the establishment of the business unit. You combine strategic HR business partnering with operational day-to-day business and drive change management processes forward. In a dynamic environment, you are responsible for topics such as recruitment, employer branding, leadership, as well as HR administration \& operations and simultaneously accompany transformation projects. In addition, you ensure professional HR processes and work together with the Business Unit "Hospitality". You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration or comparable education and training, as well as correspondingly sound professional experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment. You combine your pragmatic, implementation-strong hands-on mentality with strategic thinking. You also convince through analytical skills, social competence and an independent way of working. The place of work is distributed over two to three days per week in Altdorf, one day in Andermatt and the remaining portion in the home office.
