Project / Construction Manager Structural Engineering (f/m/d) EMWE AG, based in Zürich, combines comprehensive competence in architecture, planning, and construction management. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed Project / Construction Manager (f/m) starting immediately (or by arrangement). Your field of activity You take over independent project management of structural engineering projects in the execution phase (SIA 4.32 to 4.53) You lead an interdisciplinary team of planners, draftsmen, construction managers, and external specialist planners You ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and on schedule, while paying attention to costs and quality You are the competent interface to authorities, planners, and contractors, representing the interests of EMWE and the client You take care of construction descriptions, cost estimates, and bills of quantities You conduct tender processes and negotiate works contracts You bear responsibility for construction cost management, such as maintaining construction accounting, cost controls, and financial accounting You take over site supervision - from quality and schedule controls to final inspections You support clients, and in STWEG projects, you are the contact person for buyers You lead and conduct final inspections and project handovers to the client You manage the warranty system and final documentation You support individual projects as a local construction manager, organizing and coordinating the contractors involved in construction at an early stage, conducting site meetings, interim and final inspections, and creating schedules, minutes, and the construction journal Your profile Completed further education as a federally certified Bauleiter, architect, or a university degree in architecture/ construction management/ Techniker Hochbau HF Successful and multi-year professional experience in Switzerland as a project and construction manager for structural engineering projects (advantageously of EFH and MFH) Creative, well-structured, quality- and cost-conscious, as well as solution-oriented Very good German skills as well as very good knowledge of construction standards and construction law Proficient use of MS-Office as well as Messerli-Bauadministration, RealView Winning and confident appearance, transparent and convincing communication, and a welcome team player who thinks and acts for the company What we offer Varied tasks and scope for design: You take on responsibility and can actively help shape everyday work life A respectful corporate culture: We work openly and at eye level - in a "Du" culture Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and attractive employment conditions A modern working environment with the possibility of mobile working on the construction site A great team and a super working atmosphere Many other benefits (find them on our website) Have we piqued your interest?
