CRS Health Assistant / Nursing Assistant

We are looking for health assistants or nursing assistants recognized by the Red Cross for home care missions, occasional or long-term.

You are available between 4.0% and 100% and wish to perform:

• occasional missions (half-days of 4h cumulative),
• a long-term mission (minimum 3 months at 80%, with the possibility of evolving towards a permanent position).

Your missions:

• Ensure basic care, hygiene, and comfort for patients: washing, shower, dressing
• Accompany patients in daily activities:
• Food management: shopping, preparation, taking meals
• Accompaniment during movement: mobility transfer, walking, help with getting up and going to bed,
• Participation in administrative procedures
• Work in collaboration within a multidisciplinary team for global and personalized care
• Ensure the correct transmission of information via the patient file

• Training:
• Croix-Rouge Health Assistant Certificate (120 hours) mandatory,

or

• Nursing assistant diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (CRS).
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 months of experience in home care.
• Technical skills:
• Knowledge of Medlink software: an asset.
• Availability:
• Hourly flexibility required (split shifts, morning, evening, and weekend).
• Personal qualities:
• Autonomy and sense of initiative
• Ability to adapt
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience and good stress management
