On behalf of one of our clients, a renowned real estate management company active in the La Côte region, we are looking for a motivated Administrator PPE to join a dynamic and quality-oriented service team. Administrator PPE – La Côte Region Your responsibilities You will be in charge of the complete management of a portfolio of condominiums and ensure the proper administrative, technical, and relational functioning of the buildings for which you are responsible. In this capacity, you: Organize, prepare, and conduct general assemblies as well as committee sessions. Ensure the follow-up of decisions made and the drafting of minutes. Coordinate the interventions of mandated companies and monitor maintenance and renovation work. Develop and control budgets, monitor financial aspects, and ensure compliance with deadlines. Accompany co-owners by providing them with adapted advice and solutions. Ensure the proper technical management of buildings, while integrating current issues related to energy performance. Your profile Significant experience in condominium/PPE management in Switzerland. Commercial or real estate training, ideally completed by a federal certificate in the real estate sector or an equivalent title. Solid knowledge of buildings, condominiums, and energy transition issues. Excellent writing skills and perfect mastery of French. Ease with digital tools and digital work environments. Sense of service, excellent relational skills, and diplomacy. Autonomous, rigorous, organized person capable of managing several files simultaneously.
