For one of our clients, an architectural firm recognized in Switzerland for the quality of its achievements and its technical expertise, we are recruiting an experienced Construction Manager to guarantee the complete monitoring of various and demanding projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and coordinate all works on site.
• Ensure the proper execution of projects according to plans, SIA standards, and the requirements of the client.
• Manage calls for tenders, analyze bids, and participate in award decisions.
• Monitor costs, perform measurements, control invoices, and guarantee budget compliance.
• Lead site meetings, write minutes, and ensure communication between all parties.
• Guarantee execution quality, anticipate unforeseen events, and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor safety, compliance with deadlines, and conformity until final delivery.

Profile

• Training in construction: architect, building draughtsman, ES technician, construction supervisor or equivalent.
• Proven experience in construction management in Switzerland, ideally within an architectural firm.
• Very good knowledge of SIA standards, cantonal regulations, and Swiss construction processes.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organization skills.
• Autonomy, leadership, rigor, and solution orientation.
• Mastery of standard tools; ArchiCAD / Revit = an asset.
• Fluent French; other languages welcome.
